  The Complaints Procedure has been prepared in accordance with the provisions of Law No. 89/2012 Coll. Civil Code No. 513/1991 Coll. Commercial Code and Law No. 634/1992 Coll. Consumer Protection Act, as amended, and subject to consumer goods, which are applied during the warranty period of the rights of the purchaser to liability for defects.
